Parker Retzlaff is an American stock car racing driver who competes full-time in the NASCAR O'Reilly Auto Parts Series. As of November 2025, he has signed with Viking Motorsports to drive the No. 99 Chevrolet for the 2026 season.

Retzlaff began racing at age seven in quarter midgets. By age nine, he was competing in the Wisconsin Junior Sprints, where he won a mid-season championship.
He progressed to the Bandolero Series, winning the championship in 2014. He later moved to full-sized stock cars, competing in the ARCA Midwest Tour and the Midwest Truck Series, where he earned Rookie of the Year honors.
He made his ARCA East debut in 2019, earning top-10 finishes at Memphis and Gateway. He continued to develop in the ARCA platform through 2021 before moving up to national series racing.
Retzlaff made his O'Reilly Auto Parts Series debut in 2022 with RSS Racing. He turned heads early by qualifying well at short tracks like Richmond and Martinsville.
In the 2023-2024 season, he drove full-time for Jordan Anderson Racing in the No. 31 Chevrolet, securing multiple top-10 finishes and establishing himself as a consistent young talent. In 2025, he joined Alpha Prime Racing to drive the No. 4 Chevrolet.
He has made select starts in the NASCAR Cup Series, including a debut for Beard Motorsports at Daytona in 2024.
